HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (4Post)

Human Resources Officer will be responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing HR workflows and procedures. Will oversee a team that focuses on new personnel recruiting and training and allocate responsibilities and office space to all staff.  HR Officer also assesses personnel performance, provides guidance, and implements process changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

·         Assess team performance to identify opportunities for employees coaching and guidance

·         Direct personnel recruitment and training processes, employee orientation and development

·         Supports line management in the administration of the performance management process so that the process is completed and meets the standards & procedures.

·         Assist to monitor contract adherence to the Company’s minimum standards in respect to employee management.

·         Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and protocols including those in relation to Safety, Health Environment, Quality Management & Sustainability / Community relations.

·         Complete standard daily, monthly, quarterly and annually required Human Resources reports.

·         Disciplinary and Grievance management

·         Prepare data for payroll (Preparation monthly compensation and attendances spreadsheets)

·         Manage and file Monthly statutory such as NSSF, WCF, HESLB etc

·         Update and manage employee database

·         Assist work arrangement and  coordinator with team supervisor

·         Manage personnel scheduling and project deadlines

·         Establish conduct and workflow standards across the organization

·         Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;

·         Policy development and documentation;

·         Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource best practice.

·         On an ongoing basis, seek out and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the Human Resources domain.

·         Development of a superior workforce.

·         Any other task assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements

·         Knowledge of Labour Law and Union Relations

·         Computer literate, competence across the Microsoft.

·         Knowledge of relevant Human Resources management information systems, e.g. payroll, HR reporting

 

Educational Qualification

·         Degree in Human Resources or related fied

 

Other Qualifications

·         3+ Years work experience in Construction/Manufacturing

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
