Job Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management & Control: Responsible for establishing and improving the company's safety production management system to ensure that the production environment complies with national safety regulations and standards.

2.Risk Assessment & Analysis: Regularly conduct safety hazard inspections and risk assessments, promptly identifying and rectifying safety hazards.

3.Safety Training & Awareness: Organize safety training and emergency drills for all employees to improve their safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.

4.ESHS Management: Assist in promoting the ESHS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Social Responsibility) management system, ensuring that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and standards.

5.Safety Incident Reporting & Investigation: Responsible for investigating, analyzing, and reporting safety incidents, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring implementation.

6.Government & External Relations: Maintain good communication with local government and safety regulatory agencies, obtain relevant safety resources, and assist the company in complying with relevant laws.

7.Daily Safety Inspections: Supervise daily safety management on the production site to ensure the implementation of safety measures.

8.Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the company's safety management activities, develop safety reward and punishment policies, and supervise their execution.

 

Requirements

1.Personal Requirements: Male, under 35 years old, in good health, no bad habits, and no criminal record.

2.Education: College degree or above, majoring in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related fields preferred.

3.Professional Certifications: Possess relevant safety management certifications, such as Registered Safety Engineer or Safety Production Manager.

4.Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in safety management in large manufacturing companies with more than 500 employees.

5.ESHS Experience: Experience in ESHS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Social Responsibility) management system is preferred.

6.Government Resources: Strong local government resources and safety regulatory channels, with the ability to effectively coordinate the company's relationship with government and regulatory agencies.

7.Communication & Coordination Skills: Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to efficiently handle complex safety management issues.

8.Language Skills: Good communication skills in English, with the ability to conduct safety training and prepare reports.
