Job Summary:
The Administrative Manager oversees daily office operations, ensures administrative processes run smoothly, and supports organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all administrative functions are efficient and effective.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a productive workplace.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, cleaners, drivers and other support roles.
- Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize spending.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain and organize records, including contracts, employee files, and office documentation.
- Address workplace safety issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the administration team and other departments to support organizational goals.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for leadership and staff as needed.
- Assist in implementing organizational projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing teams and office operations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of financial and operational management.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
