Job Purpose
On behalf of the leading microlending company dealing with allGovernment employees on check off system, we are looking for a Business Development Manager tosustain business growth and development of company through opening new marketand increase market share and ensure the company profitability target isachieved.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Sales Performance
  • To make sure we have enough salesthat will enable the company to cover its expenses and generate profit
  • Take initiatives in daily, weeklyand monthly sales plan and make sure the team deliver target
  • Arranging daily sales plan byorganizing daily sales operation and make sure the marketers perform theirwork
  • Make follow up with all pendingloan application especially in capturing process with office assistant, followclient on pending document which are pending to employer

  • Market Share Growth, Develop Plans for Business Growth and Profitability Target of the Company
  • Our business needs new client forour loan book to increase and make sure we increase the number of civil servantsin our loan portfolio
  • Open new market by having new MOUsigned with different employer
  • Arranging presentation todifferent employer that we have MOU with, but we do not have enough customerwith them

  • Recruit, Train and Maintain Market Team
  • Our businesses depend highly in marketer in getting loanapplication. Recruitment is core task toward having sales team
  • The recruited team need to be trained and make sure theyhave strong knowledge of the product
  • The marketer needs to be maintained to make sure we do notlose them

  • Preparation and Implementation of Sales Plans, Deliver Sales Update and Market Feedback and Advice
  • Preparation of sales market planthat will be implemented in weekly and daily basis respectively
  • Deliver report of sales update inweekly basis
  • Share market condition, updatesand necessary updates when needed

  • Ensure Organization Quality through Adherence to Agreed Policies, Procedure and Manual
  • In the whole process of our business operation the agreedpolicies need to be maintained and followed
  • Marketer also need to follow all agreed polices andprocedure in process of delivering loan services to the client
  • The daily operation also needs to comply with all companypolicies and procedure

  • Build and Maintain Relation with Different Stakeholder for the Growth ofthe Business
  • Stake holder like Human Resourcesfrom different employer, we need to have good relationship with them for sake ofour business
  • Different relation withgovernment institution needs to be maintained for our different purpose
  • Relation with other competingmicrofinance to learn and share different necessary information likecompliance, market information, product information, payment structure etc.


  • Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree/master's degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years and above of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a microfinance sector
  • Proven experience in managing business relationships and driving growth within a microfinance sector
  • Understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business strategy within the context of microfinance
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience principles and practices
  • Good understanding of Performance Management
