Job Brief
We arelooking for an enthusiastic Senior Telesales Representative tocontribute in generating sales for the company. The successful will be responsible forclosing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Aneffective Senior Telesales Representative must be an excellent communicator and havesuperior people skills. He/She must be comfortable presenting products orservices over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal isto help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

Onboarding potential customers overphone by telling them about the Platform & its services

Answer questions about the Platform& Services

Ask questions to understand customerrequirements

Enter and update customerinformation in the database/CRM

Take and process orders in anaccurate manner

Handle pressure with the aim to meettargets

Go the “extra mile” to meet salesquota and facilitate future sales

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfullymeeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Good knowledge of relevant computerprograms (e.g. excel) and Mobile phones

Ability to learn about the servicesand describe/explain them to customer

Fluent in English

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handlerejection

Outstanding negotiation skills withthe ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Postgraduate is a plus

Below 35 years of age

Knowledge in Computer (Basics)
