Job Summary
On behalf of our happy client from the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a competent and reliable Accountant responsible for undertaking all accounting tasks and ensuring that all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgetsare well managed.


Job Responsibilities

Managing all accounting transactions.

Petty cash management.

Booking of Expenses & receipts.

Booking of Purchase.

Making payments to vendors.

Bank reconciliation and coordination with Banks.

Preparing reports related to finance operations.

Production accounting.

Preparation of VAT, withholding records and payment of it on timely manner.

Managing statutory audit of the company and coordinating with external Auditors.

Matching of inter-company balances.

Helping in month closing for management reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

At least two (2) years working experience in accounting

Hands-on experience with accounting software preferably Tally including MS Excel skills

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

High level of integrity, confidentiality, commitment and professional responsibility

Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player

Ability to prioritize and plan effectively

Fluent in English both spoken and written
