Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the logistics or corporate sectors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business contacts.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and market share
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the logistics sector and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
