Responsible for the overall management of the branches (both operationally and in terms of people leadership), this will include growth on the various operational divisions and responsibility for the P&L of the countries. The desired candidate will be required to reside in Tanzania and travel to Zambia as required and determined by business.

Knowledge Of	Program planning and implementation; cost estimating techniques; business and management principles involved in the strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modelling, leadership techniques and co-ordination of people and resources

Requirements

Resource planning and execution of the operational strategy (as guided by the CEO IMEA) and daily operations of the branch.
Profitability and P&L of the branches
Growth of operations for the branches
Direct, promote, and coordinate the operations of the Company in a manner that will optimize the company’s market share, improve the company’s efficiency, help achieve the company’s strategic objectives - mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service with employee retention
Responsible for KPI’s such as: Operational Performance, Data Quality, Productivity etc
Responsible for resource planning and execution of the operational strategy and daily operations
Grow branches gross profit by obtaining and implementing profitable new business and achieve annual new business specifically focused country growth
Ensure Management Reporting is done as assigned
