We occupied 20 rooms from 26th Sept to 28th Sept 2014 and 4 more rooms from 28thSept to 30th Sept 2014. Male receptionist was arrogant. Air conditioner was never fixed in room 308. Reserved rooms were given away to other guests. I will think twice before visiting this hotel again.
