Question for metro importers & exporters limited

I need to start a business and I want to know how it works if i order large quantity of school uniforms for boys and girls for primary and secondary school. Is it possible to return unfit sizes and exchange ? If i am new customer to you what are things i need to do? Do you supply school shoes ( black) as well?
