Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Truck Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. The Truck Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of trucks to both individual and commercial customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on truck specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the truck market and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers in financing options and paperwork.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and new products.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5Years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or truck industry.
  • Strong understanding of truck specifications, features, and commercial applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
