Job Responsibilities
  • Accounting Oversight: Manage all accounting functions, includingledger management, financial reporting, and compliance with accountingstandards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements andreports, ensuring they comply with regulations and standards.
  • Budget Management: Develop and monitors the organization’s budget,ensuring adherence and identifying variances.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls tosafeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate external and internal audits,addressing any findings and implementing necessary changes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations,and tax obligations, staying updated on changes in financial legislation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the accounting team, providing trainingand guidance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.


    • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • Ideally have worked for a period of minimum 3 years with one of the big auditing firms
  • Minimum of two years as a financial accountant.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP), financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.


    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Budget adherence and cost control effectiveness.
  • Cash flow management and liquidity ratios.
  • Compliance with tax and financial regulations.
  • Audit outcomes (internal and external).
  • Team performance and development.
