Job SummaryOn behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for two Business Heads in South Africa and Egypt to bridge between the customer and the company nutrient solutions in the agriculture and horticulture industry. Generating revenue, building a strongclient network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainablebusiness.
The Business Head for the South Africa position will also beresponsible for the markets in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, andZambia. Similarly, the Business Head for the Egypt position will beresponsible for the markets in Morocco, Algeria, Libya, and Tunisia. Preferences will be given to candidates with experience/knowledge in these regions.

Job RequirementsMust be from Science/ Agriculture background or any related fieldMinimum 5 to 10+ Years of experience preferably within the agricultural fertilizer industryGood Knowledge of Agricultural Fertilizer IndustryStrong understanding of fertilizersShould be good in sales and marketingStrong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirementsStrong communication and negotiation and Leadership skillsFamiliarity with geographical areas and local market The two positions are only open to South Africa and Egypt Nationalities
