Job Presentation

Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for two Business Heads in South Africa and Egypt to bridge between the customer and the company nutrient solutions in the agriculture and horticulture industry. Generating revenue, building a strongclient network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainablebusiness.
The Business Head for the South Africa position will also beresponsible for the markets in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, andZambia. Similarly, the Business Head for the Egypt position will beresponsible for the markets in Morocco, Algeria, Libya, and Tunisia. Preferences will be given to candidates with experience/knowledge in these regions.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Responsiblefor overseeing company business operations, within given geographical areas,aligned with local government rules & regulations and company’s businessethics.
  • Responsiblefor company’s business Strategic planning, execution and operational management toensure the company’s goals are aligned by abiding local government’s rules& regulations
  • Identifyingand acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
  • Buildingstrong relationship with all business accounts
  • Ensuringaccurate business revenue forecasting and accounts planning
  • PreparingMonthly, Quarterly and annual revenue and collection forecast
  • Responsiblefor achieving business revenue and collection targets as agreed withmanagement
  • Responsiblefor securing & collecting company’s payments from customers as per agreedcompany terms and to be informed to company accounts, at regular basis
  • Responsibleto have good relationship with company business related government agencies and tomanage all business-related issues
  • Responsiblefor maintaining customer wise Sales, collection and budget plan data, with thehelp of company accounts
  • Responsiblefor collecting market and competitors’ activity information, introduction ofnew products/innovative products and finding new business revenues
  • Ensureto handle a fair, professional business transaction between company andCustomers
  • Ensureto maintain the multinational brand Image of company in the marketand to deliver professional services to our customers
  • Responsibleto report daily business activities to the assigned authorities.


  • Job Requirements
  • Must be from Science/ Agriculture background or any related field
  • Minimum 5 to 10+ Years of experience preferably within the agricultural fertilizer industry
  • Good Knowledge of Agricultural Fertilizer Industry
  • Strong understanding of fertilizers
  • Should be good in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation and Leadership skills
  • Familiarity with geographical areas and local market
  • The two positions are only open to South Africa and Egypt Nationalities
