Oxford University Press - Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

This is Book World Limited. We given our cheque on 11th February, 2014 to Oxford University Press, Dar es Salaam to Ms Angela to supply the books. She told me that first cheque will be cleared then books will be delivered, we say OK. Now since it was local cheque, Accounts deptt. of Oxford deposited cheque on 18th February and I got a message on 25th February that cheque is cleared. Come and Take the delivery. What is this funny. Ms Angela told me, we will deliver the books at your office. Since writing this mail at 3 PM , no delivery has been taken place. It is pathetic in the name of OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS. She even dont know how to handle and treat the customers. always in fighting mood.
