Conceived in 2004 and established in 2009, the Centre for Research and Development is a limited liability company without share capital and registered in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Centre for Research and Development is built on a strong, over-two decade foundation of Research, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Development consultancy.
CEREDEV has two wings, The research wing and the Training Wing. In the research wing; we prepare winning proposals, provide support to organizations and agencies. We carry out trouble-shooting in areas of data management, evaluation, training and documentation.
Under the Training Wing, The Centre for Research and Development carries out three main courses: (1) Career Development for secondary school students, University, College undergraduate

and graduate students. Our courses provide life-skills and prepare participants for the competitive fast moving world. We provide courses in (2) Managing Change for mid-career executives, technical and support staff in public, not-for-profit making agencies, organizations, companies and entrepreneurs. Our senior course is aimed at those planning their retirement.
We have three annual (3) International Living exchange programmes in different countries for diverse career professionals in Eastern and Southern Africa Region (ESAR), to enable them build their professional confidence and competitiveness within the region and globally
Third CEREDEV develops strategic relationships and builds its business on a returning customer base and an accumulation of educational content that can be re-purposed and re-sold.
