Founded in 1992, Tunakopesha Limited is a non banking microfinance institution that facilitates credit for those in the low income bracket to enrich their quality of life. We are the pioneers in providing credit to this sector in Tanzania.

The genesis of Tunakopesha Limited was with the support of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. As the Government was keen to help improve the quality of life of the Civil Servants, it worked and continues to work with the company for this cause. We also partner with private companies that desire their employees to access our service for improving their quality of life. Micro, small and medium enterprises also access our service for increasing their potential and economic growth.
