Business Machines Tanzania Limited (BMTL) - Dar Es Salaam

Incorporated on 1st April 1960 , in pre independent Tanganyika, Business Machines Limited (then known as BML) was a pioneer in the provision of accounting machines for the banks. The service demand on this product expanded the operations of the country countrywide. This actually laid the foundation for the service tradition of the company.

In 1994, the company, in a dilapidated state, was 100% purchased by the current owners. The commitment and vision of the current owners has transformed the fortunes of the company as being among the strongest technology providers in the country, both financially and technically. With staff strength of nearly 200, (over 75% being in customer support operations) BMTL (as it is now popularly known) is now a name every office in the country is associated
